Race Center 

 

Go to the Race Center once you have registered you can check your ranking and rating, see what servers are online. Download courses, join race sessions keep track of your race results.

Here you can promote yourself to become Host and post race results,  manage random team racing. You can also see who has a community game server online where you can join races. Keep score for your events, races and own ranking list.

Teamrace League

The Teamrace League will start October 2012, a concept that will combine a low entry level for starters with high level racing when the top teams meet.

Tournaments

Bavaria League

The ongoing league sailing the Bavaria 36 in Sail Simulator.   

Always sailing triangle courses clockwise near the shore, where effects of shores, mountains etc on environmental conditions can be noted.

All racing is governed by ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing. Races last between 20 - 30 minutes. 

Expect 2-3 races on the regular race nights Mondays ca. 19:00 UTC (20:00 CET)

Invitational Team Racing Cups

A racing format where one team invites a team to a race course, the invited team decides which boats to use.

The season starts on January 1st and ends march 31st. Except for finals that may be sailed till 30th of April

Boats and courses are heavely limited. eg. Trapeze and Spannakers are banned. 

Crewweight is set at a prescribed weight the same for all races. 

Wind on the course by design is always beteen 5 - 12 Kts. 

In team racing these measures are nessecary to protect human lives. 

In real live Team Racing boats usually have to be strengthened in order to

surfive the encounters crews put them trough.

All matches are sailed on Thursday night starting at 20:00 UTC

Matches are sailed in 7 races after which a winner is declared.

The winner takes the Cup home, and has a maximum of 2 weeks in which to invite another team

against they have not sailed yet. A team that remains passive shall loose its cup to the lowest rated

team not holding a cup. 

All racing is governed by the ISAF racing rules of sailing.

Teams represent nations, states, cities or streets.

A teammember becomes a virtual citizen of a nation, state, city or street by choice alone.

A teammember cannot sail for another team for 365 days after leaving a team.

There shall be 1 TRI cup for every 4 teams.

Should there be more then one team holding a cup on april 1st.

Then there shall be a match or machtches to decide the best team of the season.
